Patients
People who have used diagnostic services and want the experience to be simpler.
Beta programme
The Door2Lab beta is a small, early group of patients and partners who use the platform while it is still being built — and tell us, directly, what is wrong with it.
What is the Door2Lab beta?
Beta participants get to use Door2Lab before public launch. In return, we ask for honest feedback: what is confusing, what is missing, what does not work the way you would expect.
The beta is a product programme, not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your existing clinical care.
Who can participate
A diagnostic network only works if every side of it is represented from the beginning.
People who have used diagnostic services and want the experience to be simpler.
Clinicians who refer patients for tests and follow up on results.
Clinics that coordinate diagnostics for their patients every day.
Laboratories that receive orders, process samples and publish reports.
Vendors connecting instruments, reagents and services to diagnostic networks.
Organizations that want diagnostics coordinated across teams or locations.
What participants get
This is what we can offer with confidence today. There is nothing else attached.
Use Door2Lab before it becomes publicly available.
Your feedback goes to the people building the product, not into a backlog nobody reads.
When Door2Lab opens in your city or for your organization, you are onboarded first.
Help decide what gets built next — and what should not be built at all.
A direct line to the Door2Lab team while you take part.
What the beta is not. We are not offering discounts, guaranteed benefits, medical outcomes or any commercial promise. Participation is voluntary and you can leave the programme at any time.
