One place to begin

A new way to reach diagnostics
Door2Lab is bringing diagnostic care closer — connecting people with smarter, simpler access to laboratory services.
01 — The problem
Finding the right test, arranging a sample and getting the result back is a fragmented journey — spread across clinics, laboratories, collection services and paperwork.
A test that is routine in one city can mean a day of travel in another. Availability is uneven, and it is rarely visible before you commit to the journey.
A referral, a sample, a laboratory, a report. Every step has its own system, its own queue and its own wait — and none of them talk to each other.
Reports often land as attachments or printouts, disconnected from the clinician who asked for them and the person waiting for an answer.
02 — What we are building
Door2Lab is a digital diagnostic-care platform. It is designed to connect the people who need a test with the laboratories, clinics and collection teams who can deliver it.
Start
Discover diagnostic services and understand what is available before committing to a journey.
Connect
Join patients, clinics and laboratories onto one request instead of a chain of phone calls.
Reach
Home sample collection and coordinated logistics, so the distance between a request and a result gets shorter.
03 — The ecosystem
Diagnostics only works when the whole chain works. Door2Lab is designed around every participant in it.
Find diagnostic services, request collection and keep reports in one place.
Refer with context and follow up with the report attached to the referral.
Coordinate diagnostic workflows and improve turnaround visibility.
Receive digital demand and manage orders, collection and reporting.
Connect instruments, reagents and services to a wider diagnostic network.
Centralise diagnostic workflows across teams and locations.
04 — How it works
The same flow serves a patient at home, a clinic referring a patient and a laboratory receiving the request.
Understand what diagnostic services and tests are available, and who provides them.
Compare the options in front of you, including home sample collection where it is offered.
Raise a diagnostic request once, with the details a laboratory actually needs.
A trained collector reaches the patient, or the patient visits a collection point.
The laboratory receives the order, processes the sample and prepares the report.
The result returns to the person and to the clinician who asked for it.
05 — Where we are today
Door2Lab is not live in any city yet.
We are building the platform with laboratories, clinics and clinicians. Early access requests and city requests directly shape which services and locations we start with.
